Led by powerhouse vocalist Elissa Carmona, MBP has been recognized by the Ponce Bank Best of the Bronx Awards as the Best Cover Band an unparalleled three times (2022, 2023, & 2025). Founder Elissa Carmona was also voted Best Singer from the Bronx in 2024 and 2025. MBP’s dynamic live performances and tributes to funk, soul, and rock legends have cemented the group as a cornerstone of the borough’s cultural identity.
